2. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern the permanent makeup services provided by the Provider. By booking an appointment or using the services, the Client accepts these terms in full.
3. Nature of Service
The service is cosmetic in nature and does not constitute medical treatment. Results may vary depending on individual skin types and characteristics.
4. Booking and Contract Formation
- Bookings can be made online, via phone, or through electronic messages.
- A booking is finalized only upon payment of a deposit.
- Deposit amount: 20,000 HUF per area.
- The contract is established once the deposit is received.
5. Deposit and Payment Terms
- The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the invoice being issued.
- The deposit will be deducted from the total service fee.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of the treatment.
- Payment methods: Cash / Bank transfer / Other.
- Failure to pay the deposit will result in the cancellation of the appointment.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: The deposit is refundable or can be transferred to a new date.
- Cancellation within 48 hours: The deposit is non-refundable.
- No-show: The deposit is forfeited, and future appointments may be refused.
- Rescheduling: One (1) free rescheduling is permitted. The rescheduled appointment must be used within 3 months.
7. Late Arrival
Arrival more than 15 minutes late may result in the inability to perform the treatment, in which case the appointment may be considered canceled.
8. Health Conditions
The Client is required to provide accurate health information and disclose any contraindications, such as:
- Infectious diseases, skin conditions, blood clotting disorders, epilepsy, or pregnancy. A written consent form must be signed by the Client before the treatment.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from:
- Improper aftercare, individual skin reactions, allergic reactions, or unique healing processes.
10. Aftercare
The Client must strictly follow the aftercare instructions. The Provider is not responsible for the results if these instructions are neglected.
11. Touch-up (Correction)
- The service may include one (1) touch-up session.
- The touch-up must be performed within 4–8 weeks.
- Failure to attend within this period will require a new full-priced treatment.
12. Disclaimer Regarding Results
The Client acknowledges that:
- Final results appear only after full healing.
- Pigments may fade over time.
- Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.
13. Gift Vouchers
- Validity: 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Not redeemable for cash.
14. Use of Images
The Provider is entitled to take “Before & After” photos. Marketing use of these images is subject to the Client’s explicit consent.
15. Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal data is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Detailed rules are found in the separate Privacy Policy.
16. Complaint Handling
Complaints should be directed to: hello@gubiseszter.hu. The Provider aims to resolve all disputes amicably.
17. Governing Law
Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through peaceful negotiation. Failing this, Hungarian law shall apply.
